Photo consent
Educational Tours
Prior to the tour commencing all parents/guardians would have received an information pack relating to the tour your child will be embarking on. Within this pack is a ‘photo/video consent form’. Should consent be granted Overland Oz may use these images on marketing material and the website in any medium we choose. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable licence to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.
Adult Charters
During our tours the guide may take photos/videos which may include you. By joining our tours, you consent to photos being taken and used for any marketing purposes including promotions and the website unless you have withdrawn consent in writing prior to the image being used you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable licence to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.
